Could well be the case. I think there will be players leaving if Slade gets his targets though. If we get the Premiership loan and permanent Championship winger that the Argus mention, it leaves McLeod well down the order.

The Dicker article suggests that we are after two Championship midfielders too, which again puts Livermore well down the order especially if Cox plays central. Also, if we sign a centre half Hawkins is unlikely to get near the team so I imagine there will be a few leaving in the next few weeks as well as coming in.

I am quite excited about our midfield for next season. There could be real competition for places and it is good to see Slade has prioritised that position. We haven't had a really good midfield for a while.

Can I just end this thread by saying he is way better than the likes of Mcleod and Cox.

Let's hope he doesn't turn out as inconsistent as those two.
