Many 'Loan to view' transfers have a set fee agreed. If we meet that fee after the loan we HAVE to be allowed to speak to the player.

It is, of course, then up to KLL.

This would make sense as to the hold up. Agreeing the fee in principle especially as he is out of contract next year would have been tricky. If no fee was agreed then it would have gone to tribunal which is just a lottery on both sides parts, so the fee agreement would have been Newcastle wanting to guarantee they BEAT what a tribunal set but us obviously not wanting to be MERKED by a price much higher than a tribunal fee.

Naylor said he wouldn't sign TODAY. He clearly didn't mean at all since everyone knows we are still after him.

And he was first to reveal that Vincelot is set to sign, wasn't he?

Admittedly, none of this has been confirmed yet.

The Championship.
I'm not getting my hopes up just yet as I have for the past 3 or 4 times it looked like he was coming. The day it's confirmed he is an Albion player i'll be happy.
