Exactly. I've calmed down a bit today, although I still stand by the basic points of my posts from yesterday. I DO think LDC are fighting the more skilfull campaign, probably from necessity, but they're doing a bloody good job. And I DO think we'd get a bit further if we let LDC and Ruth Kelly know how FURIOUS we are. We are just too nice. It's a bit like having a stroppy customer, they're always the ones that get sorted out because they scream and stamp their feet as opposed to the meek and mild ones who just patiently wait with nothing more than a muttered, impatient 'tut'.mona said:
