What a out those mobile sellers with the back packs?

That is a myth which is untrue you can get a keg of lager off of a delivery lorry and provided the cooler and the gas pressure is ok it will serve up correctly immediately. I have done it many times for outside bars and even done so when I have been waiting for a delivery from he brewers. The important things is to make sure that the cooler has been on for an hour or so to get down to dispensing temperature. Obviously their equipment wasnt all set up correctly. This doesn't work with natural beer unless it is 'bright'.
