It won't be finished by handover time, that's not the idea. It just means it's supposed to be structurally complete I believe. The niceties- ie the finish, furnishings and moving in- will continue after that date.

That's come from someone else on here, can't remember who.

The developers are presumably the ones working on site at the moment, and the sparkys and chippies and tarmackers etc. They are getting it to a point where the club can take over and get everything how they want it inside. It stands to reason anyway: the club's operations at the moment are all in Queen's Road and North Road, so there will have to be a moving date set for everything to happen.

I guess it's probably best to avoid calling the ticket office that day.

The East Stand is going to look awfully...unfinished...isn't it.

I'm glad I wasn't the only person thinking that. You can add those gaps on the back of the South stand too (although isn't one going to be covered by one of those big screens?)

Probably because the stadium is still a building site so hard hat wearing is compulsary due to our old friend, Mr Health and Safety
