So poor old Charlie and horse face saw a little glimpse of the real world for a change, good, about bloody time they realised its no longer the 19th century and the working class don't live in the cupboard under the stairs any more.

As for advocating the murder of unarmed protesters for daring to come within spitting distance of his royal personage, what f***ing century are YOU living in, wanker.

If you dont like the protests, you can allways go live elsewhere, try finding yourself a nice little totalitarian state somwhere, maybe they will let you join in next time they have some students to shoot.

Perhaps the working class would be better off in the cupboard under the stairs (rather, the room in the attic) if recent antics on the streets of London is what they now get up to since they were loosened from the shackles of their slavery by the upper classes. Last year's riots in Greece began after a police officer shot a protester dead and Greece is not a totalitarian state. It is up for debate, however, whether the UK turned into a totalitarian state under the Labour Government. Today's Nobel Peace Prize went to an empty chair, because its Chinese recipient is in jail for asking for more freedom of speech and his wife is under house arrest.

Indeed, because attacking the heir to the throne is treason.

Bollocks is it. Since you don't swear an oath of loyalty in this country, I'd argue its hard to really say anything is treason. But by attacking one old man who doesn't make any decisions, are you in any way attempting to betray or subvert the UK - e.g. its lawmaking government, military etc? No.

Now let me think who you are....I'm saying your'e about 23, possible student but I think you work in a minimal wage job.....Now then, moving on I think you are definitely not married and highly unlikely to have a girlfriend......Waits for denial

You're a f***ing idiot. I don't need to say anything else really, its already been said. You've made FIVE threads on this recently, just shut up. We get it. You have a chip on your shoulder, you don't like students. Deal with it, but preferably in a room of your own, away from the internet, with a noose. Do us all a favour.

Now let's turn the tables, let me think who you are...mid-late 40s, maybe early 50s, working in lower-middle management, thinking you're billy big bollocks because you can find your way around an Excel spreadsheet more efficiently than you can a non-bigoted conversation. You read the Daily Mail, drive a 12-15 year old dark green or gunmetal grey saloon, possibly a Saab or a Renault, yet you think anything vaguely European isn't to be trusted. EVERYTHING was better 'in your day'. You have a series of Daily Mail issue China Plates with photos of Royals on them in terrible jumpers. You read said newspaper with a mix of impotent anger and ill-deserved, self-righteous, pompous smugness. If you had it your way National Service would be compulsory, like in your day. You didn't serve in the Armed Forces due to allergies. You and your wife keep up pleasantries but when she discovered you were a dick all the love went out of the marriage. That was about five minutes after the reception. **Waits for silence**

99% of countries and old jug head would have been pulled out of his motor and battered to death if his watching guards had got that sloppy.

Yes, quite right, a bit of an own goal for our security service. However, what would have been the outcome if they security gad opened fire as frankly they could have ? Once again the forces of law in a no win situation.

Oh FFS.

Whatever the rights or wrongs of what's going on, f*** off posting your spam, would you?

Apart from irritating the living piss out of many NSCers with YET ANOTHER thread about the protests (cos NSC REALLY needed another one), what are you trying to achieve by posting your grizzling? Who's watching - or are the security services zeroing in on your posts?

:spam:

Must admit I thought the original post was going too far, Jimbo, we heard you the first time.

To be fair to Charles, he's probably quite aware of the real world. The Prince's Trust, having been formed in 1976, has been around much longer than many of those protesting.

The young people helped by The Prince's Trust are the long-term unemployed, people who have been in trouble with the law, people who are in difficulty at school, and people who have been in care. These young people are considered by the Prince's Trust to have a "disadvantaged background" and are generally referred to by The Prince's Trust as being "disadvantaged".

The charity has been through its controversies over recent years, but I've always been of the opinion that Charles is much more aware and concerned with youth issues than many people of his years. To accuse him of being out-of-touch would seem rather unfair.

The attack was despicable whoever was in the car but somehow I doubt that the attackers were genuine students. You do make a valid point about Prince Charles though. However I wouldn't think that the attackers are aware of that, they're society's faecal waste products and I don't think many people would have been too sad if they had been shot.

Current university courses

I don't mind paying for the next generation of Doctors, engineers, scientists even businessmen.

But should we be paying for people to do shite like media studies ? not really.

I think the way forward would be subsidised places for skills that the country needs, bullshit that might just make people get their dream job of being an animator should be paid for by the student - not the taxpayers.

Anyway here you go, I'm sure many of these courses could have their funding withdrawn without making too much of a dent for a britain of the future.

(actually these are just categories of courses, they are then split into individual courses)

I can understand what you're saying and whilst I'm an admitted philistine who has little interest in literature and the arts there are plenty who are and frankly I have to admit that we should attempt to maintain our culture. At the end of the day it matters not one iota what course a person does just so long as they accept that they have to pay for it.

Will those taking Abuse Studies be asked to pay even more for their University education?

Or will the 3 years of Palace season tickets be included in the £9,000?

Hey Jimbo....how many threads have you started on this topic now? Is it three or four?

The only other time you've graced this board was to boast about being in the know with what turned out to be one of the most disreputable rumours in years.

Not doing yourself any favours really.............................................
