@Hosky_7: Off on our 2 hour trip to Marbella. Gutted not playing due to foot injury. Not a long lay out though. Just sore.

@Hosky_7: Just a bruised foot from Dicksy's studs in training yesterday. Just a bit of swelling. Nothing serious. Game just came a bit too soon.

No worries. He has done well in pre-season so far and you get the feeling he really wants to prove himself here.
Hope so because I rate him as a really very good footballer

How many games did he play for us last season , why did Sheffield boot him back to us while they had him on loan. Why did Gus send him there in the 1st place.

It's called a double hernia, sustained in last seasons pre season but you carry on :censored:

Gus did not send him anywhere, he went out on loan because he wanted too!

Gus wanted to sell him and found a club to take him, Hoskins refused to go so Gus sent him out on loan.He will be no different this coming season. We have grafters like Barnes Bridcutt and Calderon that give 100% and seem to be bullet proof.Hoskins is too fragile for proffesional football, he will have to toughen up or fcuk off

So nothing to do with Hoskins wanting to play on a regular basis which Gus wouldn't guarantee so he asked to go out on loan plus the fact Sheffield wasn't too far away from family ties in Nottingham ?
