Have you ever had to sack someone?

Had to sack a few people at my work but none have been really hard as most had dug their own grave..... One was a bit tough as the lady just could not do the job. First couple times its not fun but as mentioned just be honest with the person. All ive done is be honest and they have all gone off pretty well.

I've done it a few times, mostly they know it is coming.

The only difficult I had was when I sacked someone for constant lateness / not turning up and they claimed that it was racially motivated... That was fun couple of weeks
