Well they've said they are hopeful of holding Boxing Day games at the AMEX in the future - so they must have plans to arrange something.
Unless that was just a bare-faced lie?

Hard to see the train companies changing their no trains on Boxing Day stance anytime soon. Even harder to see the bus companies stepping into the breach in any meaningful way. So that's the 'transport partners' angle stuffed. Only thing left is for the club to lobby the League to ensure we never get drawn at home on Boxing Day again. So we never have to pull the plug on a home Boxing Day fixture again. That's the grim reality of the thing. Nevermind tho eh, mustn't grumble, we can all go to the Next sale to buy some garish tat at 6am instead. Hoorah!

Totally agree with Biscuit. It's the fixture list which has made it disjointed. The football is fine (broadly)
