Its become so fashionable in Brighton that I am surprised that the Latte outlets havent started stocking it so that Miranda and James can sup it whilst the discuss their latest buy to let, or if Chelsea's next home game is on Prem Plus.

I honestly think it tastes like piss.

I thought I had had it since then.

The Black Horse at Binstead many years ago served HSB at its very best.

Had some nice HSB in the Murrell Arms in Barnham on the way to Saints last year. Was the takeover after that Trev ?

...According to this years Good Beer Guide Gales shut in March 2006 so I guess it depends when you went there!

I used to drink John Smiths/Tetleys/Boddingtons when I were younger as opposed to these lager things that all my mates were drinking.

magners really isn't that nice. the reason anything is served "extra cold" or with ice is that it doesn't have enough flavour to be served warm/at room temperature

there are many high quality ciders around- magners isn't one of them

Better than warm shite that bases its flavour around the contents found between an old man's toes.

Comparing the nectar of the gods to elderly toe cheese is sacralige of the highest order. May you sweat in the fires of an alco-pop serving wine bar in Fulham for all eternity.

How many Fullers pubs will I have to walk past to find said Wine Bar?

Not sure, and the "Ask the Club" is down. Try the "Ask Uncle Buck" thread.
