The only way I can see it being done is some how having the roll out seats you get at the basketball and have them stored under the stand, but that would be a no go straight away as it's on scaffold.

I think that would also be a non starter as how whould you get to the seats? There is not enough room and presumably you would have to rig up a walkway at the back of the stand to get people in and out -

If falmer is given the No then things like this can be looked at ( not supported by the council BTW) but until then, we must stick with what we have.

one could use the argument that if a roof gives us the best atmosphere, then kick everyone out of the North Stand as its normally quiter than a morgue, and move the noisier elements from the South Stand into the places vacated.
