Thinking about it having been every game this season (superfan) we DO have a plan B and yes we have whacked/hoofed/cleared call it what you will....to CMS...or Ashley Barnes depending who is up there.

Now if it was Murray it would have resulted in him holding the ball up/laying it off or winning one of his cheeky free kicks.

Unfortunately the result is the ball comes straight back - with pace.

And we cant cope with that but we are getting replacements

We don't want the team to kick it long all game, what we want is to get back to winning some games and to do that we need to mix it up a bit, have a Plan B, and that may well involve kicking it long some of the time. And to do that we need a striker who can head the ball and hold it up.

Playing the same style of football for 90mins every game is not the answer.

Well I couldn't disagree more. We would have been HAMMERED by the hammers if we tried any of that shit. We have to just keep playing the way we do, but better. Anyhow, just because we always try to pass it around doesn't mean gus doesn't try different tactics and formations. I think you and [MENTION=2019]jevs[/MENTION] are completely barking up the wrong tree.
