Although the Greens might win a couple of seats , on a national basis they will still be the 6th most popular party.

I think they have a chance of taking KT along with Pav (deffo) , Hove will go to the Tories unless the Labour vote collapses and they switch en masse to the Greens who unexpectedly win the seat with a very small majority.

It's possible the Greens can take Kemp Town, but I can't see it happening.

The Hanover ward, which has a high percentage of Green voters (53% in the most recent council election), is in Brighton Pavilion constituency, not Brighton Kemp Town.

True, Queens Park ward is in Brighton Kemp Town (3 Green councillors @ 38% of the vote), but after that, most of the constituency is Tory.

In Hove, the Tories are the dominant party, and I reckon there would have to be a fair whack of well-organised tactical voting to stop a Tory candidate getting in. IMO, like.
