Ever listened to a new band. bought the album which was amazing, waited for the next release and bought it as soon as it came out, but it turned out to McCammon compared to Peter Ward?

1. The Stone Roses
2. Pearl Jam

Bomfunk MC's, although arguably the first album was crap for the 95% of the population who don't like weird Finnish dance/rap :D

As much as the second Roses album wa snot ona par with the first I would not say it was crap, not as good as the first but not crap.

Agree Re Pearl Jam though

The Stereophonics.

Debut was excellent, Next couple were a bit average but the latest album is quality so they have redeemed themselves a bit now.

I wouldnt say the second one was shit, bit harsh, but I agree that the first one was better.
Well I didn't like the second one at all.

Face it, they were both pretty embarrassing! Over both albums you're probably talking four half decent tunes sung by some lispy white twot who thinks 'e's a geezer, innit

Don't think Leftfield's 'Leftism' was a debut (could be wrong) but the follow up 'Rhythm and Stealth' was utter gash.
