Easter Saturday at home to Southampton looks a good day for it - pity they spoiled it by following it with a trip to Hartlepool on Easter Monday!

I had to Google them: the Murderers rings a bell - that's clearly one pub name dreamed up by the marketing men.

If it was, it was an early example - I was drinking in there in 1981 and it didn't look like a new pub then. Despite the name, it wasn't a bad boozer.
