Can I make a suggestion that the main protagonists are invited to a meeting in the next week or two to formalise the plan of what needs to be done and what is being delegated to whome.

I would like to see the following at the meeting:

We need to get this back on track before it implodes.

If you guys can do that , that would be brilliant.

If you all arrange to meet in say the sportsman and try and write down some sort of timetable of events ( management speek bollocks) and allocation of "jobs" then we can get together either by phone or meet up and go through what is wanted and where we are with it.

I note on Alans list there was a heck of a lot of things...this can and needs to be delegated as we do not want too much pressure on one guy.

Ed/Ros - can you look at the publicity/photo's side again?

Who arranges Gully and Gully's Girls?
