Yep, 1 second on the road between Ryder & De Gendt. Ryder well clear of De Gendt in GC.

Ryder is pushing those corners to the limit though to get back his time on J rod. He's nearly lost it a couple of times. Let's hope he stays upright.

Well said. That ride yesterday was immense. De Gendt put him under a huge amount of pressure and left him open to attacks from others too, yet, with brilliant help from Vande Velde, but largely on his own he managed to hang on in there. Superb win Ryder !

I must say that Basso has been the disappointment of the tour for me, closely followed by Moanbag Schleck.
