As long as they do so through the play-offs, and not by continuing to time their surge with Barnet's alarming attempt to fritter away a 17-point lead at the top...
Remember reading that West Sussex is one of only six offocial local authority areas in the country without a League football team, which surprised me - considering the size of the two Sussexes, must be plenty of potential for a more thriving football community than ever your good selves keep going... And it would be an amazing feat if they got promoted again this season. It does somehow seem that the gap between Division 2 (as now is) and the Conference is smaller than between any other two divisions, so all power to then in their ambitious upward-mobility. Even though the place does appear traditionally dominated by Palace, Chelsea and - for some reason - Spurs fans.
