The main beneficiary of Poyet's abject failing in the transfer window surely deserves applause for retaining the ability to call himself a "professional footballer" despite being more suited to the Ryman League.

A special mention to Gary Hart also, as Gus ensures he'll have to listen to 100 H block goons jizz themselves 3 times per home game singing "posh spice is a slapper" as he stretches his groin for the probable 2 minute cameo at the end of the match.

Well done to both of them.

The attention seeking is getting quite boring now. Shame because when you are being positive you talk a lot of sense.

Two things:

1) We may not know for a few hours if we have signed anyone if the deal was done at the last minute.
2) You are a miserable twat.

Fecks sake, with Murray, Davies, Dickinson and now Barnes we've spent well over a million (possibly not far off 2) on strikers over the last few years.

Does no-one think that as a team the problems have laid elsewhere?

(Well done for starting another thread on this btw )

It's disappointing that we haven't signed a quality striker, it's also disappointing that WW feels the need to throw his toys out of the pram because we haven't. But the world keeps spinning and I intend to enjoy this season as the football will be mostly good I imagine. We probably won't win the league or even challenge for the very top but for some of us following the Albion is not about promotion or the tantrums that follow because we won't or don't.
