Lewis got away perfectly and looks in good shape, only slight downside is that Alonso got past Kovalainen on Lap 1, so there are now the two Ferraris and FA directly behind him.

Whoever has the most race wins over the course of the season would win it. If that was level, then it would be the most 2nd places, so on and so forth. If Hamilton wins this race, he'll be level with Massa on 5 wins each, so in your situation, Massa would win the Title.
It's unlikely to be an issue anyways, since if things stay as they are, Massa will almost certainly pass Raikkonen and get 2nd.

Not so, according to the commentators.
The team cannot order Raikkonen to move over, but if he makes the decision to move over himself, then it's allowed.

Last year in Brazil Hamilton was looking good to win the Drivers Championship, but then ITV cut to an advert break, and when they came back to braodcast 3 minutes later, Hamilton f***ed up and dropped about 10 places
Though again its looking good for him, but not his team mate

Damm heikki out with a burst tyre mess's constructors title up. 19laps to go keep fingers crossed. pit stops coming up.
Perfect pit-stop from McLaren, let's hope Hamilton does his bit and sees this one out.
