It is OK. On the other hand, they've played a one-legged final in their opponents' home ground, got an away goal in 90 mins and still had to play extra-time. Then they won a penalty shoot out against Germans at the German fans' end. They were holding on but never out of the game. To hold on for so long against the odds, they deserved that victory.
