I just spread the marmite on top of the hot cheese and sprinkle with worcester sauce....Amazing result.

Grill the bread, slice some cherry tomatoes, put mature cheddar on top. When cheese has melted, finish with a few dashes of Tabasco.
And voila, poor mans pizza.

We did a tour of the Champagne region of France some years ago and had it quite often then but havent seen it advertised very much lately perhaps it has died a death.
Adding the egg made it a more substantial snack meal.

Add a sprinkling of Worcester Sauce .... mmmmmmmmmmmmm

A staple treat at school.
