It's first cousin toasted cheese sandwich is also nice but is basically as healthy as eating lard and does require a Herculean effort to clean the toasted sandwich maker afterwards.

I need a bit of butter on my loaf. Without the slightly explosive squelch in every bite i know i'll feel, or imagine at least, the dryness of the base of the delight, and need to have a cherryade or Ribena lite by the side of it. With a late-night cheese on toast, i want to awake next more with a couple of born spots on my unwashed greasy chops.
