So neither party has acted wrongfully.

The club were honest and said that the offer had been withdrawn after Calde verbally agreed to signing.

Calde said he had verbally agreed (as the offical line from the club said too) and the offer was withdrawn. No villians. just two parties leaving ways after time ran out. It could change, but why let this ruin our memories of him? I'd take him back for sure.
