There's only two of us. Maybe you could hold my sweaty balls at the end?

You could see that little girl wanted to help you.

I have indeed got it.

My plan is for an October marathon in 18 months time. Training through summer will be much easier - lighter mornings & evenings, healthier food, and the chances of catching a bug during training is massively reduced.

I intend to do the 5 majors, then the original one in Greece. I like the big stage. I've done Berlin, I'll do London this weekend and then all going well do Boston and NYC next year. That will just leave Chicago of the majors.

I'll probably do Brighton as some point as well.

Had fantastic day
Finished in 4hours 17mins
Best bits were residential areas like New Church Road (great party atmosphere and the loud music very appreciated)
Like John Byrnes Mullet worst bit was running along Kinsgway from Grand Avenue towards Lagoon/Shoreham Power Station
There was no shade in this area and fewer spectators, felt a bit guilty also stopping to walk on and off for about a mile but had no choice as it was hard going
Crowds back along the seafront were superb willing you on and really gave you a lift to finish
Proud to be part of this day with so many nice people about
