Hmmm, not bad, but it only mentions the term (in a bill prohibiting use of the items in that list), that doesn't necessarily mean our skies are full of them. That's how I interpret that, anyway.

Well, chemtrail is a genuine term that means something in the military.
But what the conspiracy theory is is about the government dropping chemicals on their citizens for some reason. The link doesn't prove anything other than "chemtrail is a word".

grabbing at straws a bit here,this was a first draft and includes other hypothetical weapons basically because it was meant to be an umbrella bill and include every conceivable weapon so time could be saved and the bill pass quicker.

Put his name into Google and you get dozens of websites where he supports all manner of conspiracy theories, along with a number of websites debunking all his claims. I'm still being open minded, but that link of yours isn't what I'd describe as compelling. He's claiming to be reposting stuff that was given to him by an unnamed third party, and doesn't even know himself whether the report is genuine or not.
