FDM is my favourite player and has been fantastic so far this year.
BUT I voted for The Hawk because I tyhink he has surprised and impressed everyone.

Yeah, I'd agree with that. I said in my last post that the defence have been beaten on plenty of occasions (about 6 times in the Orient game alone), but I wouldn't really put that down to any individual fault at the back. It's the complete lack of protection, strength, and pace in front of them that meant they were just being ran at constantly in that game in particular.

I'm not. Three excellent set-piece headers and, er, that's it.

Looks like it was the night-shift who prefered FDM, as opposed to the day-shift's preference for Hawkins.

I thought that was all that matters in the world of NSC. They way Virgo was being portrayed he was the saviour of the Albion and a central midfielder revelation that could also play upfront and in defense.

Tough to decide between Hawkins and Kuipers. Yes Kuipers has kept clean sheets but that is probably as much down to the back four as it is him.

I have gone for Hawkins due to his influence on the back four and general marshalling of the defence. He has been consistantly strong so far - lets hope he carries on like that.

I would go for Kuipers.

Anyone saying Hawkins needs to watch the game more closely or remember exactly how many times Kuipers has bailed our defence out this season...
