Sounded like Blackburn were set up to disrupt and kick us out of the game, which we fell for unfortunately. Blackburn will accuse us of diving, playacting and moaning I'm sure.

Anyway, a poor performance and an away point. Could be important at the end of the season.

Arsenal next and up to 7th.

:)

Blackburn sounded like they play similar to Burnley , see if they can get away with niggly fouls and then exploit it to their advantage.

Pen was actually awarded at 5'21, so 21 seconds after the end of added on time.
Which is less than Bolton's equaliser isn't it?

Think I mentioned that twice on here during the game, they sounded like they were out to just disrupt our possession by any means and once they realised the ref was letting them get away with it they just carried on unabated.

After not really performing we nick a point, thats the sign of a good team in the making ... just need to learn to kill games off now

Exactly, how many times have we outplayed teams and they have nicked a draw...... Leeds, Bolton, Birmingham x2, Wolves. About time we had a go......mind you we did nick a point at Blackpool :)

No its not, fans have a right to call it how it is. Poyet plays the right football, but 12 draws this season and points dropped left right and centre. Bury your head in the sand if you want.

This.

Played terrible against a team and club in decline, which gave them confidence.

A get out of jail card.

After the hyped distraction of Saturday, time for total focus on 3 points each game.

Sorry, why are you quoting me with attendances? I don't get it.

If you look at football, a club with 60,000 to 80,000 at home like Arsenal, Man U are top of the tree, and demand such standards. Clubs with between 45,000 to 35000 like Spurs are the step below and have step below standards. Clubs with 30,000 to 22000 gates like Brighton are the next step down. Clubs with between 20,000 to 15,000 the next step down until you get to 3000 crowd clubs like Rochdale. Brighton have under achieved for too long, this has allowed an under achieving acceptable culture in fans, and club. This culture has to go.

So you base your whole moaning and arguments on us under achieving? Seriously? We are under achieving? Mate, go to bed, you may have a hangover in the morning but it won't last.

If only 5 of those 12 draws were converted to wins, we would be in an automatic promotion place. Sounded like a strange formation starting tonight to accommodate Vicente, shows we are still trying to find the right formula. While we stay in touch of the Playoffs we should all be hopeful that a run of wins will push us up the table.

All ifs and buts!

To expect to achieve what should be par for a club with 30,000 gates is not a moan. It is setting standards. Tonight was not good enough, so say it was not good enough or accept failure. Your choice mate.
