I just don't agree

Schools and Universities shouldn't be giving up their playing fields for development of any sort. The argument that they have another pitch so they can still play sport doesn't work for me. We need to be encouraging sporting activity for the young not building over it.

I hope we're looking for a brownfield site

It’s one Rugby pitch (and not the facilities at BACA next door).

This pitch is very rarely used because of drainage issues. Maybe a couple of times a year.
