I contacted them some weeks ago about it dropping in and out I adjusted where they said and for a few weeks it was again OK but has slipped back into to something like Ham radio connection to the other side of the universe

Not amused to have Seagulls Player totally fail for the last game of the season but as the quality has degenerated as the season has progressed I guess I shouldn't be surprised

What most annoys me about the set-up is that for the average subscriber they are pretty well uncontactable and unaccountable with the only option being not to renew
