It's now reaching breaking point. We condemn those countries that rule their citizens with rods of iron and then come down hard when trouble erupts. Why aren't parents keeping their children under control? Why don't parents take responsibility for disciplining their wayward children? Maybe we should look at countries such as Singapore. No riots there!
