Am I the only person

Am I the only person who feels that somewhere within the club, and I have no idea who it is, but there is a rasicst.

We buy 'black' players but most are then shipped out as having an attitude problem. Most clubs do an in depth check up on players, their habits, their good and bad points as regards their standard and way of life etc before signing them. So why does this attitude not manifest itself before we sign them?

Has any other team got a successful youth team without a 'coloured' player in it?

There is not a large number of 'coloured' people in Sussex, when you compare it to other counties. The youth team is a reflection of this.

To say that there is a racicst in the club is simply not true.

Not only that, but the twin towers thing was a set up by the American Government. And Princess Diana.

I know this because I got talking to a 90-year-old bloke who eats in KFC, Boundary Road every day. So he gets to hear stuff you see.

No, you are not, but you will be FLAMED for saying it.

Am I not used to that but sometimes one must say what they feel and I am not accusing any specific individual because I do not know who it could be, if it does exist.

By all accounts (was told this around last January) many of the black players annoyed McGhee as they had formed a 'clique', and didn't socialise with the other players in training or outside of it. Knight was apparently the ring leader, and him and McGhee constantly had words until he was eventually shown the door. Kuipers stood up for McCammon on the coach, which was part of the reason for him falling out with McGhee. Kazim-Richards is/was in the clique, but McGhee was desperate to get him involved more with the rest of the squad, and Jarrett was also shipped out.

So it's probably not so much that McGhee (or anyone else) is racist, more that it just happened to be the black players harming team spirit, and the only solution was to get rid of the likes of Knight and Jarrett, for the benefit of the team.

If you are not accusing an individual, then what are you exactly accusing?

Of course, if you're suggesting the exit of a couple of black players was racially motivated then you are accusing the manager and/or chairman of being racist. I see you don't have the balls to actually do that.

I'm not convinced there's a problem with racism at the club. You can't sign all the coloured player's we have if that was happening. The problem with player unrest seems to go back to losing Cullip, I get the impression he was the Guv'nor and since he's left there's nobody to put the the rest in they're place.

Anybody who knows me would tell you that if I thought that it was either MM or DK and had good reason for thinking this I would be the first to say so and name names.

However, I believe that it appears that in the back ground, and there many possible candidates, there is somebody who is not over keen on black players.

The players get signed and then shipped out when will Santos become unpopular!

And i think you've been given a pretty reasonable explanation.

Kindly crawl back under that rock that you came from please.

There have been mutterings from many people who have thought that this was so and because I ask a question that makes me a disgrace.

I have only suggested that on the face of it it appears that there could be but Withdean Wanderer has said that it he was told that LK was the leader of a 'clique' so if that is the case and the clique has been broken so that all of the team are PLAYERS first and foremost then that can only be good for the team.

The mutterings were only ever on NSC, started by a select few who enjoy a wind up, then resurected by your good self who loves to stir shit. So yes you are a disgrace as you are old enough (and should be wise enough) to know better. And all this on the eve of a game that is important for the psyche and morale of the club and team.
