apart from the obivous games the one that realy sticks in my mind is the 4-3 defeat to rochdale at withdean.

it pissed it down with rain, we went 2 down in 10 minutes, then it started pouring hard. we went 3-2 up, hart and rogers scored i also have a feeling freeman got one aswel.

clive platt got 2 goals in the last two minutes with headers straight over the head of 'free header' walton to lose 4-3.

i then had to wait about 2 hours for a bus in the rain on a friday night

My fave Albion game is Palace 5 Albion 0, but not sure that counts as BHA didn't turn up that day. Worth waiting 13 years for!

In Order Of Time -
Brighton 1-0 Cardiff - 2001
Reading 1-2 Brighton - 2003
West Ham 0-1 Brighton - 2004
Tottenham 2-1 Brighton - 2005
Brighton 2-1 Sunderland - 2005
Leeds 3-3 Brighton - 2005
Brighton 2-1 Hull - 2005

Ive been unlucky enough in the last few years to have missed both legs of play off semis, the final and Palace away.

Leeds 3-3 Albion- What a game it was, part from the last minute equaliser by Leeds.

Swindon 0- Albion 1- (Play Off Semi Final 1st leg) Ben Roberts played absolute blinder at the County Ground.

Palarse 0- Albion 1- I will never forget that night. MARVELLOUS SCENES.

Hereford 1-1 Albion- The most nerve racking day I've ever witnessed being a Brighton fan.

Albion vs Chesterfield- When we won the championship at the withdean.

Albion Vs Reading- When we won the Division Two title.

West Ham United 0- Albion 1- Steve Claridge debut, and Guy Butters superb header.

Albion Vs Swindon (Play Off Semi Final Second Leg)- Adam Virgo last minute extra time goal we'll long live in the memory.

Bristol City Vs Albion (Play Off Final)- Unbelieveable atmosphere, wasn't the best game ever. But I'll never forget the scenes after the game.

Chester City 0- Albion 7- Bobby Zamora debut on loan from Bristol Rovers, scoring a hat-trick.

That wasn't the score, it wasn't his debut and he wasn't a Bristol City player. Apart from that, well done. :dunce:

Thats the one, also the 0 - 0 at spurs the same season.I'd only been supporting The Albion 18 months & this felt like a cup final to a 14 year old.Even though it was div 2 Spurs were still one of the biggest clubs in the country if not europe in those days

Brighton 2-1 Ipswich. 90/91. The Wilkins free kick game.

Brighton 4-1 Millwall. 90/91 Sheringham was shit. We weren't.

Brighton 4-0 Swansea. 94ish. Not a particularly great game but I like it because after a dire, goalless first half I met my mate in the burger queue and told him 'don't worry, we'll score four in the second half.'

Brighton 4-4 Leyton Orient. 96/97. Exciting wasn't it?

Brighton 1-0 Doncaster. 96/97. Can't think why...

Hereford 1-1 Brighton. 96/97. Emotional day...

Brighton 6-0 Mansfield. 99/00. Withdean didn't seem so bad back then.

Honourable mentions to two defeats.

Brighton 2-3 Liverpool. 90/91. We came from one down to 2-1 up and were about 8minutes away from wining before finally succumbing to the scousers.

Brighton 3-5 Cardiff. Crazy, crazy game.

Funnily enough my favourite game is one we lost. It was the FA Cup replay against Liverpool in 1990 when we lost 3-2 in extra time.

In that game we matched them all the way (including a Mike Small back header that was disallowed   ) and if it wasnt for Steve f***ing McMahon and Ian Rush then we would have had Everton on TV in the next round

But I suppose that sums up football and the Albion - ultimately you are going to be disappointed.

We never won division 2 title against Reading it was a boring 0-0 with Swindon and we won 7-1 at Chester
