That transfer rumours twitter account says we're also signing Trotter, Guti on a pay as you play, we've bid for Mutu, CMS is a target for Notts Forest and that we want Simon Cox as well.

Not as bad as someone altering Roque Santa Cruz's wikipedia page saying he is signing the day after. Oh.

I see what you mean, but I would much rather build a side now that could be carried into the Premiership without too many additions, same as Norwich and Swansea for example. And his signing on fee/wages won't be cheap. Transfer fees aren't as important as contract values. As I say, I accept I'll be in the minorty with this though!

My opinion is the the development team are being gambled on as the bulk of the team that will take over in the premiership if/when we get there. Bringing in a few older quality players now to get us there and help the youngster get better therefore only having to bring in a few expensive players when we get there. It's a gamble but not a bad one and means we would not stretch ourselves financially should it all go pear shaped.

I'm more likely to believe a rumour I made up myself than anything from that transfer rumours site.

We'd be doing well to get 10% of the development squad to Premiership first team standard. You are deluded if you think we can get away without buying in a lot of players if/when we get there!

Now being reported in Italy, Notizie sul Cesena Calcio - Calciomercato, novità, aggiornamenti, tifosi, giovanili, storia e rubriche sul Cesena calcio - Tutto Cesena

Mutu has offers only the English B and Romania

On the trail of Mutu, who Cesena must attempt to sell because of his high engagement, there is Brighton and Hove Albion last season training has piazzaata tenth in the English second division this year and that aims to promotion to the Premier. His coach, the Uruguayan Gustav Poyet, former player for Chelsea and Tottenham, have found it precisely in the Bright Star for the next level. For Mutu would be a return to England where he played for Chelsea in the 2003-04 season. Yesterday, as news has circulated a flashback of Dinamo Bucharest, where Mutu has already been active early in his career. However unfounded rumors of interest from Steaua Bucharest: the item was diffused after his friend Lutu, a former player of Steaua and Galatasaray man of trust and now president of Steaua, he was informed on stpendio attacker. But Gigi Becali, owner of the club, would cut short by establishing the engagement of Mutu too expensive.
