Just about sums it up! All pubs mentioned are my locals (Hertford college).
The Turf is a quality pub for a quiet drink in nice surroundings, but all these pubs are expensive (eg £3.10 Stella in K.A).
Plenty of clubs and the pub chains (eg Yates/O'Neills) in the centre, but we tend to stick a...
Need to do it in the next couple of hours if you fancy it.
Questions are easy enough; why are you nearly as shit as we are ad nauseum.

"Travelcard is £13 from Brighton.

Then....
"Coach is only another 4 Quid extra so not to bad. And ive quite enjoyed the coach on previous ocassions."
Oh, those poor people at Microsoft. I'm sure my actions are making a big dent in Bill Gates' pockets.
I feel no remorse about 'stealing' from huge multi nationals, who don't give a shit about anyone, like that.
You don't get a lot of messages on the Crewe board. I just use for technical advice. We haven't got the net up here yet (apart from rich folk like my goodself).
Seriously now, how do I save stuff onto CD? Do I need to download a burner or summat?
Trust me, the computer didn't have an OS with it. I used the Windows CD from my old computer.
http://www.northstandchat.biz/showthread.php?s=&threadid=43747&highlight=file - you seem a bit of an expert on p2p.
Amazing how you knew so much about P2P in that link. I also bought the computer (actually just the hard drive - no screen or anything) direct from the manufacturers (my mate sells computers or something) so it had no OS on it.
Like I know what that means.
Christ, I don't even know how to...
MYOB - why do you know so much about file sharing? That's illegal you know.

The machine is new - only just got around to getting a copy of XP.
I love your morality - but I bet that doesn't stop you using P2P networks. If you can assure me that you never use illegal file sharing, then I would be delighted to hear you are such a bastion of common law.
So what do I do then? I'm not buying a new hard drive, computer etc and I'm not buying a legal version of XP (too expensive). I do need XP though to run some software I've got (Adobe CS).
What can I do to make my computer run safely and properly with this copied XP? How do I change the serial...
I've currently got Windows 98. Someone is bringing me a <cough> copied disk of XP to install on my computer.
If I install Windows XP, will it wipe off all the files I've got saved on My Documents etc? If so, is there any way to keep them?
