Was at the Hastings parade this morning, started to rain at 10:20 when the parade marched off and stopped raining at 11:40 once we had got back to the town centre again, absolutely poured down for the rest of the time, but there was a very good turn out from the youth groups of the town.
I must admit it was 32nd hand news by the time it reached my ears so I can entirely understand if I didn't get it totally right.
Apparantly some bloke called Scattercushion or something or other was talking about it in the pub last Monday evening
Hopefully knocked some sense into them, what was missing I feel were a few of those water cannons, that would have sent most of them crying home to mummy in their wet underwear.
Breaking a goal post is hardly attempted murder though is it I don't recall pieces of said goal post being thrown at Bellotti or the police unlike chucking a fire extinguisher off a tall building with the intention of killing a police officer
Because the police CONSTANTLY get criticised for over-policing riots, sorry peaceful marches, now they stand back and let it happen because the rioters record everything with their iphones and people say its all their fault again :nono:
