Well, the bookies have closed on the Wigan no.2 getting the Swansea job, he's getting further away from the Norwich job by the bookies estimations, however just to even the balance, he will go if the job is right. Like 99.9% of us I don't want him to, but don't be surprised if he does.
I think Hodgson was our only choice if picking an Englishman and I am happy with his appointment personally. Don't care if we get stuffed out of the Euro's, we aren't expected to do anything anyway and we don't have Lamps or Barry either, which makes a weak team weaker. World Cup qualifiers are...
More worried about Poyet taking Bridcutt with him wherever he goes and I would imagine as things stand he (Gus) won't be at the Albion come August. Players/Managers come and go, it's all part of footy. Be a shame but hey, we'll find a decent replacement I'm sure.

I think most on this thread realise that and probably agree with you... it's just a German side lose and that fraud is questioning the penalty shootout method. He's been head of FIFA since 1998, overseeing many, many penalty shootouts, and has only now decided to do something about it (possibly)...
Fifa president Sepp Blatter has asked Bayern Munich honorary president Franz Beckenbauer to come up with an alternative to the "tragedy" of penalty shoot-outs.
Beckenbauer is head of the Football Task Force 2014, a group designed to recommend rule changes.
