Where are you having the problem, logging on or putting cash on the card, you can always do it in the shop before the game.

There is now an auto re-fill facility which takes away the pain of putting cash on the card, although watch this as it re-filled my card twice after I set it up before the chelsea game.

But that's where you are wrong, granted those who walk and cycle or get dropped off their match ticket costs more, however the vast majority who are using public transport/P&R/parking are paying exactly the same this season as they were last season

They are selling two different batches of tickets, the East and New South East, so they won't have sent any back

With the new ST exchange the club has set up I'm not sure if they will allow this to happen this season

Now they have set up the ticket exchange facility will they actually still reprint tickets for somebody else, after all the tickets are "officially" non transferrable and the club stand to make more out of a re-sale.
