    Liam Brady

Don't about worry it Mark, you've no need to say sorry buddy. You keep posting what you like, that's what this forum is all about. I think we'll all be pleased once we actually have a new manager (interim or permanent) in place and can start to feel positive about the new season.

Which team do you most want us to turn over (hopefully in style) this season

Reading and QPR purely because they'll be our biggest local rivals this season. Burnley are still due a serious hammering from the 9 man fiasco match. Starting to really dislike Bolton and Blackburn with their freaky yet ignorant fans.

    Liam Brady

They'll need somebody who knows what they're doing to head up the young player development section at the training complex. Brady has already announced he intends to leave Arsenal, and lives in Hove, and has links to the club already (Dick Knight)... this rumour seems easily believable!

Too good to be true, surely. He does still live in Hove though doesn't he?

So Oscar comes in and is given a cheque book

Barca's under 21 team are amazing. They play in the equivalent of the Championship and more than hold their own. Anybody coming from there will walk into our team.

Óscar García Junyent - Club CONFIRM appointment as Head Coach (8.10pm, 26 June)

This. Here's hoping Newport take an early lead before we stick 5 past them.

    Royston Drenthe...

Looking forward to playing Reading and QPR in the space of 4 days in September. Top of the table clashes!

Bring him back and use him as a super sub.

    Sussex Day.

Will never happen of course... but wouldn't it be amazing to see some stoolball staged at the Amex in front of 30,000

    It's G-Day!

Tony will meet with Gus' agent and they'll get the deal done. Hopefully. Sad to see him go, but the situation is clearly beyond repair now. New manager announced tomorrow and we'll all be feeling excited again.

Thursday . . . All will be revealed

There's also a compensation clause of 2.5 if he leaves for another club... so it cuts both ways.

Leeds v Brighton on TV ?

Aren't those 2 part of the Football League celebrations thingy taking place on that Saturday? So they can't be moved. QPR V Wednesday is a good shout, but surely not Boro V Leicester with a quarter-empty Riverside as backdrop. Leeds on a Friday night would be ace (for watching in a pub!).

Thursday . . . All will be revealed

Why would it have been 2.4m? Doing a deal means doing a deal. Gus wanted to leave and we wanted him to leave. What do you think happens up and down the country and club after club when a manager leaves? Both parties sit down and reach an agreement. Since this suspension nonsense started we've...

Kinnear In, Llambias Out - Pardew Out, Gus In?...

Surely Kinnear has been thrown in to do a job on Llambias and Pardew? Lambeeze has already had enough... can't see Pardew lasting much more than a week. Once that happens, Kinnear will be paid to do nothing for a few months and then leave on doctors orders or some other excuse. I could see Gus...

This. They should have just done the deal the day after the play off defeat.

    Your biggest Albion underachiever

Kitson. Complete and utter waste of money. But clearly talented - looked ace in the handful of times he appeared. Codner didn't underachieve he was underrated. He put in some superb displays in that play off season. Mark Gall was amazing. But injury ruined him. Vicente's record of 2 wins...
