Here is a question (tho immaterial but hypothetically). Do you think he would have scored as many (or more) as Barnes this season? Would he have made a good partner for Murray?
And they use proper cases/bags. None of this man purse stuff.
Also thats slightly annoying - people having conversations about unrelated topics on a thread ;)
Again its not the pitches so much now as the "surrounding areas" problem.
Take Chelsea for example. Guy at work is a STH and he said that essentially at Chelsea it bottlenecks to get to the ground (wouldnt know ages since I last went) so loads of supporters in a confined area and that it was...
They said it wouldnt really bother them as they were used to a 46 game season anyway, Sat/Tues week in week out (maybe not literally) in the Championship and no doubt have budgeted accordingly. They said its the larger clubs that would be affected by having another home game called off.
All I will say is persevere. It takes a long time for the story(ies) to build as whilst it centres on Don Draper it is very much a character piece and you learn more about hem (and their motives) as the series progresses.
For Herr Tubthumper...
Series 3 ended on a belter of a cliffhanger. Series 4 without giving too much away has a character from Season 1 make an appearance and not shoehorned in like some crappy soap.
Do yourselves a favour and watch, borrow or steal this series.
Indeed it is. PROPER tele. Plot, storylines, stuff that happens in one episode then not picked up again till a few later (but can still watch the odd one and know whats going on). The yanks could teach us a thing or two about DRAMA.
Im itching for season 5 now.
