    Coca-Cola competition not working

Just tried for a third time, and it said I'd already entered today. So hopefully one of the previous attempts did work, despite being told there was a fault and to try again later. Not convinced though. :(

Arsenal friendly - what's in it for us

Well I work in London, and I just bumped into Sol Campbell. He'd walked out on the game at half time when we were 1-0 up. He said he'd give his mate Ashley Cole a ring on his mobile later to get the full time score.

Arsenal friendly - what's in it for us

At least twice in the phone-in the topics of our lack of a striker and the Arsenal friendly seemed to be conjoined. I too am hopeful some kind of loan may come out of this. But it's a faint hope.

    Cheap stadium. I want one!

And Plymouth have just reported a nice set of profits for the past year. Good to see a lower league doing well financially, just wish it was us.

Coca Cola Win A Player Thread

I think we need to watch out for Watford. Over the past week they've been steadily closing in on us and Reading. I expect they will overtake Reading in the next few days and then shoot for us.

Half cut at job interview. Do I or don't I?

You could say you'd been to a funeral (no-one too close, so you don't have to sustain the lie if you get the job - an old family friend will do) this morning, so apologise if you're not on top form. Chap should then sympathise and say he's sorry to have to called you in in that case. You come...

And if you watch, Craig Maskell bundles into the Donnie goalkeeper, effectively taking him out. VERY lucky to get away with it, in fact.

Paula Radcliffe - poo or pee?

Had a bet with someone last night that, when Paula Radcliffe had to 'stop' in a marathon a few years ago, it was so she could take a dump. They were adamant she only needed a wee. I need proof, either photo or news article, that it was dump. Anyone got any idea where to look? A google search...

    QuarkXpress help needed

Quit and reopen Quark. Change the measurements with the programme running, but BEFORE you open or create any documents. Quit and reopen to check it's saved the change. Then open/create a document. That should do it.
