Sorry Bozza/mods if this is not allowed, just remove it in that case.
From 28 of March until June 10 I'm planning to operate a pop-up pizza delivery venture in Portslade and while there are already investors and employees lined up it would be nice to go into business with someone I "know" a...
If you erase Annie Lennox, then the Brit Awards themselves would have ceased to exist years ago.
Remember the 80s/90s, when she won Best Female like 20 years in a row, regardless of whether she’d actually released any music that year or not?
Well, BDB must be in the frame for an England call-up, now he’s not at Brighton any more. Southgate wasn’t to know he’d be out with a late stubbed toe.
The only ones there for me are Little Simz, Self Esteem, The War On Drugs, Wolf Alice, Sam Fender and London Grammar.
The rest ain’t for me at all.
Would like any of the above to pick up an award, but not holding out much hope and not that fussed if they don’t anyway - it’s a pretty lame event.
Putting aside the valid conversation over fan behaviour, on a general level I find it sad that we’re increasingly unlikely to ever host a World Cup again.
Feels like the willingness to even consider bidding for it is gone. At least for another decade or so.
One turn, in 1966, and that’s it...
I’d never watched the ProBowl before, it’s pretty much passed me by, but idly put on the 15 minutes highlights reel this morning while making breakfast.
Feck me it’s a joke. Never realized it’s literally comedy, with people not even bothering to tackle, just pretending to but actually...
Haven’t used it for 20 years. In the early days, used it loads to buy and sell rare records and music memorabilia. It felt like a genuine community of collectors, with nothing but personal auctions.
Then it just became an e-commerce shop.
Ok there’s still a bit of a ‘bidding’ aspect, but...
Absolutely. Also, the needless increase in oxygen consumption caused by people singing and cheering needs to be addressed. In these environmentally perilous times, we can’t afford such luxuries any more. No away fans, complete silence - things need to start heading in this direction sharpish.
Those heady days when a Nathan Jones stepover was the highlight of the season, and managing to hack the ball through a Withdean mud puddle counted as ‘skillz’.
Also remember that:
1) A team only plays 8 home games a season (or maybe 9 now they’ve just made it a 17 game regular season). That’s it. If Brighton only played 8 games a year at the Amex, prices and demand would be high too.
2). A game lasts 3hrs plus, and then there’s the tailgate party...
Mostly chilled, certainly didn't expect us to do more than we have, so fine on that score.
A bit sad to see BDB go, though, as I like his effort and versatility and feel he's a valuable squad member. And also feel we could have got £2/3m more for him, but it's not a biggie. It just pushes me...

Check out The Last Summer by R Plus - new collaboration by Dido and her brother. Came out a year or two back, it’s decent.
Didn't see either game live, but watched the extended highlights this morning.
Looks like both came down to crucial moments:
– KC got greedy on that last drive of the first half. They should have taken the FG. Could well have held on to win if they had.
– That dropped INT by SF probably cost...
