Absolutely. I might add that I see Brighton as a place that isn't defined soley by its beach like Scarborough et al are. It offers a bit more. It could also be a rival to arty places like Bristol or Norwich.

Erm ok(!) Why on earth do we have first class segregation in 2012 anyway? Everybody (plebs included) arrives at the destination at the same time?? In addition, whenever I travel on trains, first class coaches/sections are invariably empty. Unlike the rammed standard class seats carriages.
Another sleep-deprived father here! Our 1 month-old-twin boys each feed every three hours! Fortunately, their 15-month-old brother sleeps all night till 7!
