    Abortion?

I don't suppose an uncaring prick like you has ever even tried to consider the viewpoint from the dead baby that has been denied the chance of life. Imagine if your mum had an abortion - actually, I suppose it does have its advantages ;)

    Abortion?

No, I showed a picture from 12 weeks. But now you're being contradictory. You've now decided that 24 weeks IS too late. Before all you referred to was abortion being right. And if I don't know what I'm talking about - reading this stuff I've just copied and pasted: 23 WEEKS’ GESTATION...

    Abortion?

But you agree that there are enough prospective parents out there? Ergo, adoption is a viable way forward.

    Abortion?

Exactly, but my opinion is that it begins at fertilisation. How many times do I have to say it?

    Abortion?

So what your saying then is that sperm cells are alive? So basicallly, you're now agreeing that abortion is a killing of a life. There's one opinion changing over. You're very last point - there is no agreed definition of life is spot on and means that the issue of abortion will always come...

    Abortion?

Please remind me why there are so many people who can't adopt or have to adopt from abroad if there's such a huge surplus of kids up for adoption in the UK.

    Abortion?

??? What? I've said all along that a baby is a life at fertilisation.

    Abortion?

Wait a minute. When has this board even been totally about football. Unless the day before, after or during the game - nearly all posts are non-football. Go and have a look. And I didn't start this debate anyway. I love how you say I'm trying to enforce MY opinions then go on to say: 'its the...

    Abortion?

Never. Because I'm not a Christian. That all you can sink to? Argue with me by calling me, shock horror, a Christian?

    Abortion?

Your opinion. But history shows that one thing always leads to another. Abortion is becoming widely expected, it wouldn't have been some years back. Who's to say, in 200 years, Brighton fans won't be having the same deabte about killing disabled kids?

    Abortion?

So, you couldn't have the kid and then give it up for abortion? And you want to have an abortion 'cos you don't want to look after the disabled kid. ADOPTION is the option - the ONLY reason abortion exists is because people would rather kill a life than go through with a birth. A sad state of...

    Abortion?

How am I contradictory? I've said my view. Sperm cells are not life - they're not life in much the same way as skin cells aren't life. Unless you think skin cells are life of course? I believe that life begins at fertilisation. Who the f*** are you to say it doesn't? Who can define life? It's...

    Abortion?

As I said; adoption. I can do the same thing, y'know. You'd rather kill the lives of millions every year because it's only right for the minority of raped women? That's like bringing back hanging because a couple of people deserve to die.
  14. J

    Abortion?

Jesus. Just look at the picture and then imagine it twice as developed. It is a life and, quite simply, you're killing a life. It's a slippery road. Soon we'll be killing disabled kids because they 'can't look after themselves'.

    Abortion?

How do humans grow into this amazing organism we are?

    Abortion?

A collection of cells?! There it is at TWELVE WEEKS. Abortion is legal until 24 weeks. That's not a bunch of cells. That's a life. And the point about a period. 1) It's not fertilised - so it's not a life as I've already said. In much the same way as skin cells aren't a life. 2) Another...

    Abortion?

No. A bit like skin cells aren't alive. When the sperm and egg fertilise - that is when life forms.

    Brown's Budget

I'd imagine within the same region as they live. IE - you can't use it to go to London or summat. Michael Howard's on - what a prick he is.
  19. J

    Abortion?

    Yes, I am. Your point?
  20. J

    Abortion?

I disagree. I think a baby is a life from the moment it is formed (ie day one). I'm also against the morning after pill, but won't go into that now because it's a weak, idealistic argument from me. I'm for contraception.
