Just saw this sad news on here first. He was a genuinely lovely bloke who for a very short spell when I knew him in Taunton in the mid 80s I would have called a friend. A real cricket talent and a total cricket addict. Very very sad

No worse than usual. Villa look like a basket case so they probably won't recover for a couple of seasons. Norwich are a yoyo team. They're not a 'huge' club but are well run and know how to get back up. Newcastle and Sunderland are big clubs but both have problems at the moment.

Didn't see the game but it sounds as though Hughtin got it right against Hull but wrong against Cardiff. That's going to happen sometimes.

Zamora didn't look right to me throughout the first half. Is Kayal now injured? Murphy and Knockeart joint MOM. Brilliant performances by both. I wonder what our team is worth now. Kayal and Stephens would be worth a lot each and so would Dunk and Goldson.
