I was in Portsmouth yesterday and walked passed the Portsmouth FC shop. I had to giggle as they had "Sale" in big letters in the window; I wondered whether that was for items in the shop or the club itself, or maybe both?

I've seen the term "Scarfer" used in a few threads recently but have no idea what it means. Sorry if it's a really dumb question but would someone mind explaining? Thanks.

From what I've seen of Vokes so far I like him. There was a nice knock down to CMS in the first half and it was good to have someone challenging for the ball in the air. He also seems to have good feet and pace as well and put in a 'good shift' as my grandfather used to say.

I've done steak pre-match and chicken at half-time; not sure I fancy veggie though.

I really want to see Vokes and CMS play a whole match together, ideally getting quality service from Vicente, Buckley and Lua Lua.

I've got my ticket for Portsmouth as well. I was in the Pompey side of the house at the Fratton Park game and most of the abuse being thrown seemed to be at their own team! Saw a few minor skirmishes walking past the train station afterwards though.

I was in WHSmiths today and browsing through Performance Ford magazine and there was a green Focus RS with the reg 'WL10 BHA'. Coincidence? Or a fan?
