Not sure about that - if Burnley had a half decent goal scorer we would have lost 3-1 and deserved to lose.

Yes the process is pretty straight forward and as described , I have upgraded my fathers concessionary season ticket to my adult son on a few occasions and paid the difference. It does puzzle me that you don't have to allocate it to anyone in particular and the ticket still shows my fathers name...
