    [Albion] Gross goal offside?

Whatever happens with VAR if you are letting an individual draw lines on a screen and maybe them forgetting to notice a defender behind another defender * its worthless. Scrap it and go back to how it was together with it's flaws. * Yes I am referring to Estupinan's "goal" at Palace - which...

[Albion] Liam Rosenior - Next Brighton manager?

Seems like a shoe in for Potter.

    [Albion] Premier League 3-6/5/24

I think Palace must be the form team of the Prem at the moment. I wouldn't want to play them. However, I think we will finish above them which will be an excellent result considering we have played 8 more competitive games than them (Europe) which is nearly a quarter of a season more , had...

[Football] Everton deduction reduced to 6 points [Update 8/4: ...and another 2 points]

I like Goodison Park (but that will be gone soon). As a small boy I was fascinated by the fact that they had a concaved area behind both goals - unique ?

[Albion] That's Villa Gone, Who Is Next ?

That is top work Sir. But also a question killer :ROFLMAO:

[Albion] That's Villa Gone, Who Is Next ?

I have 4 Championship teams (plus Sheff U) that have played at the Amex (in any competition) that remain undefeated here

[Albion] That's Villa Gone, Who Is Next ?

Correct. How many of the teams that will occupy the Championship next season (barring impending League One play offs) have played and remain undefeated at the Amex - including Sheff U ?

[Albion] That's Villa Gone, Who Is Next ?

Correct - shortest thread ever. We have not beaten Sheff U at home since 1987. However, Sheff U are effectively relegated and will be playing in the Championship this August. Have any of the current Championship automatic and play off Clubs played at the Amex and never tasted defeat ? and if...

[Albion] That's Villa Gone, Who Is Next ?

No - not Burnley - we beat them 2-0 in 2013

[Albion] That's Villa Gone, Who Is Next ?

Now Villa have finally tasted defeat at the Amex do you know who is next down the Football League Tables pyramid (as it currently stands) who have played a competitive match at the Amex but yet to suffer a loss at the hands of the mighty Seagulls on our home soil ?

2-1 to the Albion with a Willie Irvine winner.

    [Albion] Ian Mellor

Spider was a wonderful player. He didn't look like a footballer - very tall, thin and gangly - but he could play. How many players score a second half hattrick and don't finish top goalscorer in a game ? I remember so many good moments spent at the Goldstone with him and Wardy.

[Albion] Would you be happy to be in the Championship again

I didn't read the thread like that at all. I thought it was an interesting question but not one I expect us to be worrying about in the foreseeable future. There are embarrassing threads on here but they tend to be the non football related ones . IMO

[Albion] Would you be happy to be in the Championship again

It's an interesting question but I'd have to say NO at this time. If you had asked me the same question when we were knocking about just above the relegation zone under Hughton - then probably Yes. Now we would lose nearly all our players (we can't even hang on to the best of them when we...

[Albion] RDZ Gettting a Pasting on TalkSport Right Now

I think Villa may be an opportunity for us to pick up a point(s) as the match is sandwiched between their European semi-final. I would like to see us get stuck into them (in a legitimate way ) and we desperately need to get the first goal. UTA

[Albion] RDZ Gettting a Pasting on TalkSport Right Now

I haven't heard the TalkSport discussion yet - but I feel a bit sorry for RDZ . I feel some of what he says is misinterpreted due to the language problem (he still looks to the interpreter for clarification on questions) and I think he should use him for his answers as his English is "clumsy"...

    [Albion] EDF Parking Vs Villa

Hopefully the one way system operated by traffic lights in Portland Road (top of Leicester Villas) will not play too much havoc with our park and ride buses parked up outside EDF. I must admit I thought the Albion would scrap the EDF park and ride for this fixture due to this possible problem.

[Albion] Bournemouth v Brighton player ratings

Well done (y) I only watched it on a stream so would always bow down in knowledge to someone who attended. Our away support is top notch and deserved better today.

    [Albion] Club Statement

The Bournemouth lad Semenyo ,that was stretchered off today, only cost them £10m from Bristol City last year and looks a very good player (he has 9 goals this season). So there are bargains to be found in the lower leagues (such as Joao Pedro) but we don't seem to go that route very often which...
