Historically, yes, especially under the lights. However recently fans have changed, and not just at UP. Unrealistic expectations, knee-jerk reactions and too much money involved has seen the home fans turn far too quickly on individuals they should be 'supporting'.

This. We would probably get near capacity (proposed 60000) for many Premier League games, but atmosphere would be lessened and if we did go back down then expect 30000 so half-filled. Add to this the binoculars-needed-for-viewing problem and most are against the idea.
