I agree on keeping 2m distance but there is no ban on 70+ going out as of now. It doesnt affect me anyway as my Grandson has symptoms and we are all in self isolation.

As of now the 70+ group are not restricted from shopping. It might change soon but for now your in laws are doing nothing wrong.
